Update June 11, 2010:

After manning the live support line for some time it became apparent that people were more comfortable with calling for help than they were with texting with an icon. Accordingly I will not be continuing with the the live text support. So with that in mind please do call toll free at 1-888-819-1463. If I can't get your call right away I do promise to call you back promptly.

If the online icon is there you can ask any questions and you will be able to get answers right away. After all you are on the internet and you want everything instantly - right?

The hours that it will be available may be uncertain at first but this is just a test right now. If offline you can even use it as another means of asking your question. I do promise to get back to you as soon as possible.
