The answer to both questions is the same. After putting items in your cart you will proceed to checkout. During checkout you provide shipping and billing information. Once that is done you will be asked to make payment. When you click to make payment you are sent to Paypal's Secure Payment page. It will look like the picture below. The secret is to ignore everything on the right side.

All you need to do at this stage is click where it says continue. You will then be presented with a second screen where you will have to enter your information about the credit card where it is billed. Again the secret is to ignore the right hand side of the page. That screen looks like the one below.

Just fill in the details on the left side and click the review order & continue button.

We will ship to the person and address you provided during the first part of checkout as the ship to address, even if Paypal does send you an email showing shipping to your billing address.
