Shipping

Shipping costs are based on a combination of size and distance.  You can easily see the shipping cost by placing items in the shopping cart and clicking the Calculate Shipping & Handling link. You do not need to fill in personal information to see the shipping cost.

 
We ship primarily using Canada Post Expedited Parcel and include insurance. We ship 7 days a week and often on the same day as ordered. If you need faster shipping, please tell us your requirements in the box provided on the final checkout page. We will contact you with details of shipping rates for faster delivery. We may request signature on delivery for larger orders.

Logging on to your account will give you the option to view your order history, and your tracking number will appear there as soon as your order ships.

All shipping companies run into delays from time to time, we cannot accept responsibility for that.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping. The same is also true for Opened items as long as the product is in like new condition and returned with the original packing, inserts, etc. - in their original condition. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 We take care to inspect the items we pack in an effort to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If damage does occur, please contact us immediately via email at  admin@wine-aerator.ca to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Privacy Policy

We will protect your privacy at all times. While we must collect your email, shipping address etc. in order for you to make a purchase at this site, we will never sell or disclose this information to any third party (except for the purpose of completing your transaction, eg: shipping company). Your credit card information is secure at all times and we never keep your credit card information on file. We may notify you by email about special offers, events and products we think you would want to hear about. If you do not wish to receive correspondence, please contact us at sales@wine-aerator.ca

Ordering & Payment

Paypal is used to handle all the transactions and when you click on the Checkout button you will be transferred to Paypal's Secure Web Payment Page. All the information that is required is sent directly to Paypal - never to us.

You do not need a Paypal account to checkout or purchase. Paypal users will use the right side of the payment screen and anyone using a credit card will use the left hand part of the screen where it says continue.
